2010 PALL Volunteer Positions

Volunteers must:

* have the appropriate person sign the form

* submit to appropriate location by the deadline listed below

* be an adult member in the player’s immediate family

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

 
PALL Board Position

Refund all Board Positions received in February.  No volunteer form needed.

 
Manager Positions

Refund for all Managers received in February.  No volunteer form needed.

 

Snack Bar Position

Sign up for a 3-hour shift during the evenings or on Saturday with Jackie by March 31 at  This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   You can work anytime throughout the season, but we are filling all positions by March 31.  Once shift is completed, Snack Bar Supervisor will sign Volunteer Form.  Supervisor will submit to Treasurer at end-of-week.  Refund received within a month.

 
Team Positions

1st Assistant and 2nd Assistant Coaches  (2)

Manager sign Volunteer Form. Volunteer submit to Snack Bar by Opening Day, Mar 13.

 
Opening Day Liaison (1)

Opening Day Chairman sign Volunteer Form once all duties as listed on the Liaison Letter are performed.  Chairman will submit all forms at one time to Treasurer.

 

Opening Day Volunteer (2) Organized by Liaison

Opening Day Chairman sign Volunteer Form at end of Opening Day 3-hour shift. Chairman will submit all forms at one time to Treasurer.

 

Team Parent  (1) 

Manager sign Volunteer Form the last week of May.  Volunteer submit to Snack Bar by Thursday, May 27th.  Team Parent (or representative) must attend Feb. 18th Team Parent Meeting.  See website for info.

 

Scorekeeper (1)

Manager sign Volunteer Form the last week of May.  Volunteer submit to Snack Bar by Thursday, May 27th.  Minor and Major teams only.

 

Field Prep (1)

Manager sign Volunteer Form the last week of May.  Volunteer submit to Snack Bar by Thursday, May 27th.   Prep field for weekday home game.  Minor & Major teams only.
