League News- UPDATE 
PALL ALL-STAR PROGRAM
All-Star Player/Parent Commitment Form – In mid-May, PALL will send out a league email with a link to an All-Star candidate player commitment form. All interested players must sign this form along with their parents confirming their commitment to the All-Star program that runs almost daily from June 16th-July 31st. This form must be completed online by May 25th 2012.
Eligible Players -
To be eligible to play in Post Season All-Stars you must be at least league age 9:
9 Years olds = Must play in AA or AAA
10 Year Olds – Must play in AAA or Majors
11 Year Olds = Must play in Majors
12 Year olds = Must play in Majors
All-Sar Fees - Registration fees this year will be $90 per player. This will cover 1 International All Star Tournament (10 -14 year olds), 2 Summer Invitational Touraments (9-14 year olds), hat and jersey to keep.
Selection/Announcement Process – All players will be notified on June 15th (9 year old all-stars will be notified the first week of June). All managers and coaches will be notified by June 6th. All-Star Managers and Coaches will be announced the night of the June PALL Board meeting. All-Star players/teams will be announced on June 15th as required by Little League International.

Important Notice -- New Bat Restrictions-
Before purchasing a new bat, please review the information below regarding bat restrictions for all Levels of Little League.
Effective immediately Little League International has issued a moratorium on the use of use of composite bats for ALL levels of Little League. Wood, metal and bats with composite material only in the handle are not covered by the moratorium. Managers, coaches and players must adhere to this rule change immediately. For a complete list of licensed baseball bats with a 2 1/4 inch maximum diameter that are NON-WOOD/NON-COMPOSITE BATS bats currently approved for use in the baseball divisions of Little League TBall through Majors please click HERE.

The general description of a composite bat is a metal shell with woven fibers inside the barrel or portion of a barrel. We will share additional information when it is available.
